So there are 2 ways to do bowrun (based on my experience)
First method (safe but slow):
You will need a battle bow or one battle and one long bow (long bow helps you shoot mobs at the long distance to lure them and use battle to finish them off). Go to Wulfgang and buy nerudite arrow (normally you will need 100~200 if you don't have your fire/archery maxed, but if you have them maxed then you need only 60 or less, based on your aim and luck). Now you have bows and arrows, go to Avar Village, stand on the hill and watch for a warrior, hit the warrior once to make it aggro you but DO NOT kill it (warrior helps you not to be after by shaman, if there is shaman after you first then go down and kill it now since shaman will make it hard to do bowrun). If a chieftain is after you then just use your long bow to shoot at a warrior to trigger it (if you don't have long bow then just go down and trigger it), and again, DO NOT kill the warrior. If a warrior is after you then just find a chieftain to kill it. After you kill the chieftain, the warrior should be still after you, all you have to do is find another chieftain and keep killing them for bow. Remember always stay on the cliff to shoot so chieftain won't be able to hit you.
Second method (fast but risky)
This method does not need bows, you will have to go down to slay chieftain so make sure you have good preparation before going down. You will need some armors and weapon, some regs to buff yourself (AoG and Super Strength help a lot). So all you have to do is go down and kill all the chieftains, pretty simple but will be risky since they hit very hard down there.
Selling bows:
So there are two way to do this: Either you sell to Wulfgang or Quintor (Jasper). Quintor will pay x2 Wulfgang (or x3 I forgot) for those bows so if you wanna make serious money then sell to him. Also the smith on Island also buys the bows (she will pay the same amount as Wulfgang and the smith in Barloque).
Note: If you have a Rijja mule it will help a lot in transfer bows to Quintor. If you don't have Riija mule then you have to move around on foot.
Ok that is all if you have anything to ask feel free to do so.
Good luck!
Shout out to Colma (101) and Grok (102) for teaching me how to do bowrun!
